Backing out of a purchase guilt

I am starting to feel like the property im in the process of buying is not right. The service charge is high, reviews of the block mention difficulty dealing with the management, I didn’t realise the stigma around bog developments and I’m worried about saleability down the line. Also after more looking and thinking about it, i prefer a slightly different area.

I’m not sure if this is just overthinking stress etc but it is starting to feel like the wrong property for me. However I feel really awful to pull out as it seems like I’ve messed the sellers about.

Does anyone have any experience of this they can share?
