How to relieve pain on bottom of foot... Need tips

It seems like every time I walk around for more than 30 I am developing this painful feeling that runs in the arch area. The only that that works now is getting off my feet, but with my job that is almost impossible. I've tried different shoes like Hoka and Timberland, but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas or hacks out there that might help!
