I sometimes work weekends (my own choice, more due to being a bit of an insecure overachiever). I’m expecting an 8% raise in October 2025, and in September 2026 I’ll be getting an Audi Q4 electric.
Given this package and my experience, how would you rate it compared to the market?
Also, I’m currently thinking about a career shift but I’m open to pretty much anything, as long as the pay is at least equivalent. I’m also open to going independent, knowing the income wouldn’t be guaranteed.
Curious to hear your thoughts on my situation and possible exit strategies.
