Which Chase Credit card should I get?

I’m looking to upgrade to my next credit card to start reaping some benefits. My score is around 755 and I have 2 cards currently. I started with a Discover IT card and then I ended up getting the REI capital one card since I camp a lot and I worked there at the time. Now that I can get a higher limit, I’m between:

-Chase Sapphire Preferred ($95 annual fee, 75000 bonus point intro offer)
-Chase Freedom Unlimited (no annual fee, $200 bonus offer after $500 spent in 3 months)

I already have checking and savings with Chase and I’m pre approved for both. Just not sure which one has better benefits and if going up to one with an annual fee is worth it? Mainly want to start using it for a lot of every day purchases and travel to get the points and then pay it off consistently. I shop at Costco and they only take visa so that’s another reason leaning towards these. Any insight appreciated!
