RLC-823S2 not auto tracking anymore

I have a PoE RLC-823S2. When I first set it up, it was auto tracking just fine, following people/vehicles/etc. until they left the area.

More recently, it has stopped doing this, but in the app, when people or cars go by, I do see the icon in the top right that shows it is detecting these figures and gives me a notification. It just isn't tracking/moving with them.

I've run the Reolink troubleshooting guide on this - auto tracking is on, the schedule is fully set, there's no exclusion zone, and it does PTZ manually when I control it. I've tried restarting, too. Any other thoughts?
