Wording of the Honors

Hi, so should we explain the honors, like for example, the impact in the form of numbvers etc or no we should keep it short ?? some of my seniors tolf me to keep it short, because the AO will just skim through, whil some said we have to make use of all the characters

Also, if I was a part of the olympiad team, and won a medal, and i have written that in the activity description itself, so should i repeat it in the honors section ??
