[Feedback] Is pve pmc too overpowered?

I was in a game of ground zero, running to the liquor store.First i though he is a scav since there are no callouts and his gear looks nothing but pmc gear.I ran past him and he immediately spotted me even tho he is not looking at me and locked on my TIER 4 helmet and I got tapped under two seconds.I am only level 9 only
