Burnout 3 finally works in Xemu, but seems to run at half speed

I’ve been periodically checking after each update to Xemu to see if Burnout 3: Takedown would work and it finally has! However there’s still a problem I’m not sure how to get around and that’s the whole game seems to run at half speed. Everything visual seems to be affected; gameplay, pre-rendered videos, and the menus. Audio is perfect that seems to be at full speed and no choppiness. I didn’t have time this morning before leaving for work to poke around in the emulator settings. Does anyone know if there’s a setting I can change to fix this or is getting this game working still a work in progress?
