How do I get over sa

So I know this is a stupid question but it’s genuine I was sa recently by someone close in the family and I’m in a relationship this is really embarrassing and I know I can’t exactly tell anyone without shit going bad in the family but I can’t explain how I feel like I can’t get over it so how do i get over it without anyone knowing and no I don’t wanna hear it’s okay trust someone I’m trying to keep it unknown. any tips
