Guys A question about the non nod krai buff

So if I run a team of say flins ineffa and columbina and then say yelan... I dont get the 48% buff as only 1 non nod krai is there right? Hence nod krai teams are heavily locked at 2 only right for maximum buffs? Or am i wrong? It just takes into account 2 nod krai ones and calculates buffs based on other ones
