“Fighting for Constitutionally Guaranteed Self-Defense in California”

---

Opening

I took matters into my own hands—filing Vallejos v. Rob Bonta and Chad Bianco, a federal lawsuit challenging California’s unconstitutional CCW permit system. Even as a federally licensed firearms dealer with a valid Arizona CCW permit, I was denied the right to legally carry. This isn’t just personal—it’s about restoring constitutional rights for all Californians.

---

Expose of Corruption / Abuse of Power

California’s so-called “public safety” system is rife with arbitrary gatekeeping—shamefully embodied by Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco. As I share in the video, these subjective denials aren't based on law or fact—they’re based on politics and abuse of power. This isn’t law enforcement—it’s corruption.

---

Legal Core: The California CCW Scheme Is Unconstitutional

Under NY State Rifle & Pistol Ass’n v. Bruen, states must justify restrictions by showing they align with historical traditions. California’s may-issue CCW regime fails that test. My fight isn’t just for me—but for fundamental Second Amendment rights that have no place being trampled by vague “good cause” standards and political whims.

---

Pro Se Courage and Collective Impact

I am representing myself—pro se—because the big Second Amendment organizations and politicians have remained silent. But this case transcends my own story: justice isn’t delivered from above—it’s fought for, one person at a time.

---

Demand for Constitutional Carry

This case isn’t just about overcoming denial—it’s about rewriting California law. It’s about adopting Constitutional Carry, like 29+ other states, ensuring inalienable rights are not subject to permission from those who benefit by keeping them restricted.

Call to Action

Join me—share this video, spread the word, and demand accountability. If you're outraged by unchecked power and denied rights, stand with me.

Together, we can challenge corrupt systems and reclaim what the Constitution guarantees—even if the powers that be don’t want us to.

It’s not just my fight—it’s ours.
