MS Dzire Zxi 2017 Model BS4 | Ethanol Blending issues ?

I have a Dzire Zxi 2017 Model, BS 4.

Came to known of this blending since a few days and not sure how many percentage of petrol pumps have started blending petrol with Ethanol ?

I'm not sure if ethanol blending will degrade the performance. please can someone throw light on this?
