NVDA/AMD Deal - End of Capitalism?

Is this deal the end of our truly free market capitalist economy? I’d never believe trillion dollar companies would allow the US Government to become partners in their business operations. I believe this another watershed day in the slow demise of the American experiment. This will be a day the historians look back and point to as the end of American business exceptionalism.
