FC26 - will early access be “full game” or muted content until full release

When game drops obviously there will be stuff to do. I was not sure when game drops on the 19th will we actually have all of the modes to play or will it be rivals, squad battles and no objectives until the full release?

Alsp what time does game tend to drop? Know madden early access came out at 1pm eastern and I thought in the past releases tended to be more around midnight eastern.
