Alternatives to nortriptyline?

I’ve been taking nortriptyline since I was officially diagnosed with IC 3 years ago. It has worked great at reducing the pain and severity of my flare ups, in conjunction with diet modification and increased water intake. In the past several months however the side effects from nortriptyline have become too severe for me to continue (panic attacks, heart palpitations, dry mouth, dry eye, stomach pain). I’m currently tapering off but I’m terrified about what’s in store. The main symptom I’m concerned about returning is pain. I have an appointment with my new urogyn next month, but I was curious as to what meds work for you guys for bladder pain besides nortriptyline? I haven’t had success with hydroxizine.
