Host memleak bug

Is this a known bug or what? I saw that DE Megan announced it a year or a while ago about the memory leak for PC players but the post doesn't specify what caused it and to who it occurs (host/client). Long story short; it always happens to me many times when I'm hosting but not as client despite having my settings to lowest, not only that but some tilesets also do that both in 1999 and zariman especially when doing void cascade both solo or team (I could've sworn my warframe was taking around 4GB of memory than other running applications lol).
