Question about filament storage.

Hi there,

I have s question about storing and drying filament. Is there a difference between. A. Storing your filament in a dry box or B. Storing your filament at room air and drying it before printing in a filament dryer.

My logic is that you have to dry the filament while printing nonetheless (talking about nylon, Pc, Tpu and some petg). And room is at a premium at my place so getting rid of individual dry boxes would be nice.

but i heard some filament don't like the constant drying and rehydrating cycles.

What's your experience?
