My future self is helping me quit smoking

Today is my first day as a non smoker, to ease all the mental load I imagined my future self of about 6o years old (i am currently 50, F,30 years smoking) she is very glam, very fit, very healthy i get inspired by the over 50 influencers, and whenever i have a urge she tells me you can do it, i know that you did it, look how fit and healthy i am, you will spend your money on all this fabulous clothes' etc.

That way I get support any imagine my future 10 years from now being healthy nonsmoker.
