Can I consider scrambler and himalayan if my height is 5.9?

I currently drive a pulsar 150 but will buy a new bike after some time. I checked the numbers and it seems that my pulsar's seat height is 785 mm while himalayan and scrambler have seat heights of 854 and 835mm respectively.
