the state of the game and teamates

hello yall i have around 150h on cs, i know it aint much but ive played shooter games all my life and i think i at least know what im doing, my teamates on the other hand im not so sure. I recently started trying to get a premier rank and have been in game with people from 5 to 7k and my teamates are genuinely incompetent, im talking looking at the ground when walking thru the map walking and shooting w 0 attempt to aim, not knowing which site the bomb is on etc... and this has been going on in every game, even people with 1k+ hours because yes i check ever single profile in the lobby. Yet, my oppenents seems to have a third eye against me, that being said i do not want to queue premiere if this is the experience and am wondering if i should go play faceit or will i become the burden? If so how do i possibly enjoy this game? thx for any opinions
