Dentist

Hey guys. I have to go to the dentist no choice. And I’m terrified. My last dentist appt was 5 years ago to get my wisdom teeth pulled, they gave me a drug I was allergic to and I hallucinated freaked out and they pinned me down on the table and called the cops on me. I haven’t been to a dentist since. I’m terrified but I have to go. What can I do to be somewhat calm? I get in my head and then I can’t get out. I freeze or faint or panic and run out. But I have to lay there and get this done.
