Looking for an original box for a 132.026 from 1966. Where to start looking?

I've got a 132.026 (cal.611) which I inherited from my grandfather 12 years ago. Here are some photo's of the watch. It was sent to Omega in Switzerland by my parents before I inherited it. The dial is the original dial from 1966. My parents insisted that the dial would not be replaced because of the patina on the dial. The hands and dome were replaced in 2012.

As far as documentation goes, I think it's as complete as can be. I've got the warranty certificate, combined with an Extract from the Omega Archives.

The thing that's missing is the original box. I've got an Omega-case in which the watch was sent back after the full service 12 years ago, but I'd love to have an original box the 132.026 was sold in back in 1966.

This brings me to two questions:

1. Which box was the watch originaly sold in?
2. Where can I find a box?
