Why does the right dominate podcasts and talk radio?

They have this ability to talk for hours a day, regardless of whether the facts being on their side, and are always pushing political messaging to vote Republican/against Democrats.

How are they so successful?

If the answer is money, I find it hard to believe that left wingers don’t have billions of dollars they could invest similarly. The right also are entertaining with their coverage while the left sounds more bland.
