Wouldn’t UKMD be the same as brutal with a few little changes?

Harmless to lenient and standard to violent are very similar to eachother with the harder one usually having some harder changes (e.g. violent has more enraged enemies compared to standard) so wouldn’t this be the same for brutal to UKMD?
