Two Pixel phones, both missing same features

So I had a Pixel 6a but as we all know, they're virtually unusable now so I upgraded to a standard Pixel 9. However, both are missing the Magic Editor thing in the Photos app and my Pixel 9 does not have reimagine with AI either or allow to make stickers on Gboard.

It seems half the features are missing. Is this normal?
