2019 Aston Martin Vantage a/c issue

Hi everyone,

I have this issue with my car where it sometimes takes the a/c awhile to get cold. I took it to a shop for a recharge and they added 1/100th of freon so its not the refrigerant. They also said there were no leaks at all.

Now, it seems like the “fan” that starts the a/c comes on late, when it should be starting right when I start the car/within a minute or so. The shop says it could be a “communication issue” where the fan gets activated late. Any thoughts on what could be going on?
