Is my Hazezon Landfall deck too inconsistent?
Hey everyone, I've been playing a [[Hazezon, Shaper of Sand]] Landfall Token Deck in the low Bracket 3 for about a year. However, I feel like I'm getting too bogged down with the different archetypes of cards in it (Landfall, Land Sac, Token Producers, Anthems, enough Lands), which often makes it inconsistent. If I can't find any sac outlets or cards that allow me to play more lands per turn, the deck runs very slowly and has little impact. However, if I draw these cards early, I often end up rolling over the whole table with [[Jetmir, Nexus of Revels]] or an [[Impact Tremors]] effect. Another problem is my vulnerability to board wipes, especially when my engine isn't running yet. I realize that I'm not playing enough protection right now, but I'm unsure how to find the balance between speed, protection, and synergy.
What would you do in my place? Would you try to build Hazezon more consistently, or would you switch to a different landfall or lands matter commander that works better at a similar power level?
