Which German-English dictionary should I use?

I have been using Google Translate to learn the meanings of new words I come across but some people told me that Google translate is bad and that I should use Cambridge Dictionary but I find Cambridge Dictionary weird I can’t save words to look up again later so what do you guys should I continue using Google translate or switch to Cambridge or something else
