Good morning everyone. Unfortunately for me, I have a lot of renovations going on. I have a scheduled force eviction on a deadbeat for Thursday, so I will be there. Hopefully, we do not have to break down the door and he leaves willingly. I hope there isn’t too much damage, this comes with the territory. I will be suing the real estate agent. [The agent said there was a glitch in the software and they did not see an eviction on his record, in rent, I am owed 10k+ this is before lawyer + damages + forced marshal/eviction fees] I might as well check on a lot of repairs Thursday. I have more evictions ongoing. I am slowly replacing people that pay rents themselves with people that are in a program, subsidized in some way. I am about 40% assisted/60% not at the moment. Pre pandemic I had less than 5% on a program… generally, for me, these people do not take care of property the same, they also may drink/use drugs, not have jobs, have weird guests, more problems…. But you get paid! It is a tough call.

Micron MU revised up sales and earnings. This dropped to 103. I said I was buying a 2^(nd) block and didn’t. I was stuck close to 1 month at 117.50 and sold some 119 and the rest at 125. I may look to reset. The PE is very low and I went over it several weeks back on why it should be at least 140. I am in TTD 55, a falling knife, it is hard to decide what the market is going to value this. Is 30-35x the new valuation? It used to be 50! I am speculating in BRZE 25.75 they measure customer engagement, leads and report data, efficiency to companies, growth 20-30%. I added ARRY 5.70, awesome earnings they track solar, save people money, consult businesses on cost savings. I saw many more good deals but I do not want to add more than 3 longs per day.

We are making daily record highs.. The plan is working. Q2 earnings have been very good. Better than expected, near 10-11% growth with 75% reported. But even if I wanted to give us a 21x multiple we are still near 5,500 fair value. So we must be careful!... Well, I will!

No FOMO here. My retirements are always invested and vested. I took out a ton of money for real estate and I am trying to expand.

I give credit where it is due, the AMC earnings were indeed very good. But this is not consistent, the comps were easy, and they still do not make money. This is a big step in the right direction though. I tip my hat off, but are there more blockbusters? We had Minecraft, Lilo and Stitch. Another issue is the debt level and 1 zillion shares, it is hard to really do anything with this many shares, you can… just harder. MNDY is down 20% on very good earnings and inline guidance it is a software work company. Crushing it and making a 52 week low, wow! It is in Plays. I also saw very good earnings from DOLE and LINC .

I am up on ENPH and ODD . I will likely take profits. I have said for a while ZIM might as well go private, the stock price does not reflect it’s value! It is barely over cash levels. Insiders are looking for a buyout! I am looking at CROX FRSH FVRR GTLB INOD S .. I may take the risk on EHTH … BITCOIN is on fire and my fave CLSK had good earnings the stock has fallen near 10.
