Ripped off again at Loves

This happened a few times now and finally caught old dude today. I have to pay for showers bc I don’t fuel at the megas. About once a week I’ll go in a room w no towels or old towels. The cashiers can give free showers. They take my money, 18 bucks btw, put it either as a free one or send me to one that’s been used already and I have to find the attendant for towels. I feel like an idiot lol. I usually leave a few bucks too. Never expected this at the big places but thieves everywhere.
