In the verge of giving up

Hello, as i understand from my Gastroenterologist he implies that i have IBS. I don't really know if I do have it, it seems to me that there is something more but i may want to think that because there is no medication for IBS as of this time unfortunately.
I have had for a lot of time consecutively watery stools that are accompanied by extreme fatigue and bad sleep. The last two months have been the worse, stomach cramps around the belly button with the fatigue being multiplied by 10000. Pain is not caused by food i know this cause i have experimented with various things and the last two weeks I haven't had a good night's sleep and there were 3 days where i didn't sleep at all since the pain would not stop in my stomach, it's not big pain but it's there, it's constant, it goes away for like some hours but i wake up with it in the morning, it wakes me up at night, i have it right now as I'm typing. Did a FCP (calprotectin) test, it came back normal ( of course, why would I ever have an answer to any of my problems) and I'm just ready to go to the ER after 1 more course of butylscopolamine and acetaminophen that my doctor suggested if it fails to help with the pain.....
I'm sorry for anyone reading this, i don't want to bring any frustration on anyone, or appear annoying, but i am really over it..
