Help! 3rd Battery in 4 years

Battery Report that not showing the cycle count

I had the issue of the laptop just going blank and turning off randomly when using on battery, initially thought it as a corrupt battery memory and tried to reset it with no luck. Eventually replaced the company battery sometime around 2024 Feb. The new battery did the same thing last March and again had to replace it. The 3rd battery (currently in use) did the same last week. The most concerning part is the cycle count now being shown there.
I daily use it for work, well maintained and kept good as new on a desk setup. No outdoor usage or damage ever done to the device itself or the charger at any point.
Any help would be really appreciated as its the sole thing that helps me to earn bread and butter :)
