6D5N - Bohol-Cebu price range

Hello, solo traveller here and planning for a trip MNL-BHL-CEBU-MNL for the first two weeks of September.

I've found travel agencies and saw that they offer prices ranging from 50-60K, exclusive solo tour. Is this reasonable? Also, what do you think should be the inclusions and exclusions for this price range?

To those who've been to Bohol/Cebu in September, what's the weather like? Any tips and tricks please. Thanks in advance!
