ISO recs for Bridal activities in NYC

I’m based in Brooklyn and my mom is coming to town so I want to share some wedding planning with her! I have a reservation at the Anthropologie Bridal Shop and plan to do drinks at Printemps beforehand, any other activities you’d recommend? For reference, my wedding is happening August 2026 in the Hudson Valley, so I’d love to get idea for flowers, cakes, and other elements knowing I will probably hire a vendor upstate. Thanks!
