Propel advanced 1 frame issues

Hi all

I am close to.buying this bike as second hand but very good condition. I noticed that on one picture they sent me, that there slight rubbing on the head tube.. almost like cable rubbing, but obviously no cables.

I then found this post suggesting it's internal cable holder rub https://www.reddit.com/r/Giantbikes/s/vH8kUR9Bu6

Is this a known major flaw and should I stay away? Id be the second owner and have all the paperwork,but will need to check terms of warranty, should it be needed
