Balancing: Combining SVE, RSV, Cornucopia, and Alchemistry with CCCB

Howdy Farmers,

Like many of you, I have put an ungodly amount of hours into Stardew over it's lifespan, and I am looking to spice the game up a bit, to this end, I've fallen down the Modding Rabbit hole, and want to not just add things, but have mechanics that force me to interact with them. The easiest way I can figure this is to alter the Community Center Bundles to include items from each of the mods in Title.

In a tired stupor, I learned how to make/alter bundles with CCCB, and have altered the prefab ones that come on the Difficult preset from Nexus for SVE/RSV/Cornucopia - as well as added in the Alchemistry (Hard) bundles.

Each presents 11 items, and requires 10 of those 11 to be donated.

If I got all this, what am I asking?

2 Things:

First is there a way I can display the Normal AND Remixed bundles all at once? While I have all my Foraging Bundles normally, can I also present Sticky? What is the limit on that, I remember some mod saying there's some issue with the Bulletin Board cause there's too many?

Second is balance. The Difficult version of SVE/RSV/Corn has most forage at 15 items in the stack, while Alchemistry has 10, or 30 if it's a bush item. Crops range between 20 and 40. Should I just leave them as developer intended from Alchemistry or increase their limits? Part of Alchemistry is that there is Forage everywhere, but I can lower that spawn rate as well.

Also yes, I love difficulty and while this might seem masochistic, these large walls to overcome are fun and re-spark my interest haha - and I play in a fairly optimized way but am looking to force myself to slow down and do all these others bits and bobs instead of just rushing money haha. I want that slow burn chill so these large walls will feel more rewarding - to me that is.

Finally, any additional mods to add? I have East Scarpe, Sword and Sorcery, Deep Woods, and Downtown Zuzu as well - I'm game to add more areas or things that could increase difficulty.
