Any tips on how to get better at hören for people with ADHD?

It's definitely my weakest subject. I recently took the B1 Prüfung. I got top marks in sprechen und schreiben didn't do too good in hören at all. Im currently listening to a German stories YouTube channel and I'm frustrated cos I can barley understand anything being said. Just a word here and there. I was diagnosed with ADHD from a young age, so I find myself zoning in and out without realising. Is there a way I can conquer this and improve my overall listening? Thank you
