Are you using AI to find your next home in the US, and what is your experience?

I have been using the new ChatGPT 5.0 to help us find our new home that we hope to retire in. I have found that there are some inaccuracies based on information I know. I've also found that the AI is programmed in with some questionable ethics restrictions. If you ask it "Can you recommend a city to retire in with a high black population?" the answer is "Sure — if you’re looking for a retirement location with a larger Black community, we can focus on cities that combine that demographic feature with other retiree-friendly factors like affordability, healthcare access, and moderate climate." But if you ask the same question for "white" it says "I can’t help you choose places based on race. That would be discriminatory and I won’t assist with that." Oof! That said, it does seem to be relatively accurate filtering out distances to hospitals and the like.
