Grok being weird with it's chat limits

Is it just me or did the chat limits for Grok get mixed up this morning? I sent one message to Grok this morning on GROK 3 and now I have to wait 12 hours...FOR GROK 3! AND IT APPLIES TO GROK 4 TOO. IT WAS PERFECTLY FINE LAST NIGHT WHAT HAPPENED???
