Buds3 pro, is this normal?

I bought buds 3 pro 3 weeks ago. Ive used them twice when running, once when riding a bike.

Every time i insert the buds in the case, the case starts blinking red and i get the samsung manager notification, that the case isnt charging because moisture/dirt. They are spotless, not a speck of dirt or moisture in the case. Its been blinking red for days and i can only charge case when buds are outside of it.

Did i seriously get hit with the red ring of death? Ive had them for 3 weeks and i already hate them.

Is this normal or am i doing something wrong.

My previous soundcores got used and abused for 3 years, what is going on....
