Opening new account.

My Bank of America was closed two years ago due to suspected fraud, but I opened Wells Fargo and Chase after my BOA was closed after some months so now I want to open a business account do you think Chase or Wells Fargo is going to open a business account for me? Cause I know they must’ve reported to chexsystems.
