Found a CVPR2025 paper with TensorFlow implementation 💀Isn't everyone using pytorch these days?

Just came across this CVPR2025 paper "Rethinking Decoder Design: Improving Biomarker Segmentation Using Depth-to-Space Restoration and Residual Linear Attention"

the work looks good and I wanted to reproduce the results.

I opened the GitHub repo and someone in the issues asked "Will you plan to release PyTorch version?" and the author still hasn't replied.
