AIO Pissed about my closed (and now reopened) small business

So I put my small business on the market to sell. I set it up from scratch (franchise). Did the hard yards finding the location, managing the fit out, building the client list. Someone totally low balled me to buy and I said no, but said I would sell it at cost. They refused. I ended up going into liquidation which was obviously upsetting and detrimental to myself and my family. I put my heart and soul into this business. Anyway - I sold what wasn’t bolted down (for peanuts mind you) and shut the doors. Now a few months later this same person is reopening the business (with the fitout still in tact AND the client list I built), and obviously didn’t have to pay me a cent. Because technically the franchise owns the client list and the landlord owns my fitout. So legally it’s above board but I am incredibly upset about how this has panned out. I found out it was reopening through an email to my client list (which I’m on).
