Windows 10 Installation via USB

Windows 10

Wondering if anyone can help me out with an issue installing Windows 10 via USB from Media Creation Tool. Long story short I have to wipe my boot drive, 250gb SSD, and reinstall windows 10. I have wiped said drive, disconnected all other SSD and HDDs, loaded windows via MCT and selected USB option. The PC will boot to Setup Starting however it will complain that it cannot read the product key from the unattended answer file. From all the answers I could find I have tried all methods. I have deleted all unattended files from the media creation tool installation, disconnected all drives, and tried the windows.iso. There is also no autounattend.xml to speak of. The only unattended file is a .dll. Should I continue down this path or is it due to them no longer supporting windows 10, in which I should probably just buy a copy of windows 11 and install that fresh? Any help is appreciated!
