been banned for half a year

my first main account was banned on January 27, and i never got it back ever since then. I used another account on March and it got banned on April but i eventually got it back. Just last last week it got disabled permanently on July 23. I reached out to Meta for both these accounts and they’re all just saying the same things they say to y’all.

I lost hope and decided to not make a new account because i got tired of being disabled countless of times already.

I found someone on fb who recovers accounts and i’m thinking of recovering my account thru them. It costs ₱6,500 (philippine pesos), should i do it?? he says it’s service first (he fixes my account before i pay)
