Can Deferred Claim Trigger a Rating Review?

I recently got rated at 100% P&T. One of my claims was deferred and now I have to do another C&P exam. Will they review the rest of my conditions again? I am paranoid about losing my rating. I didn’t file for an increase or anything I just had one claim deferred and it’s going through the process again.
