Which to attempt first based on experience?

I’m a 20 year old guy from England with a love for hiking and the outdoors. I realise these young years are the best for free time and I have a well paying job, with no financial burdens yet (no house or kids).

I have hiked in the alps (Italian alps to be specific) and the UK and have a good level of fitness.

Which should I prioritise based upon my experience?
