Hey y’all . So I think I may be pregnant again ... & I need advice 😭

my period is supposed to start today and I am having light pink when I wipe .. thing is my bf doesn’t want a baby right now and I’m nervous because I have had one surgical abortion and one pill abortion I’m nervous about what it might do to my body if I have another abortion , because I have napoleon cyst right now and my cramps can be terrible and doctors say they can’t do anything for my pain besides over the counter .
