Severe Eczema in 8 month old, 7 doctors have not helped so far. Can you?

Baby is 8M (thats 8 month old Male), 20 pounds, 28 inches tall.

We've seen four allergists, one immunologist, one dermatologist, and his primary care. All have prescribed different steroids, other ointments like eucrisa, different amounts of zyrtec (way over what it says on the bottle), and nothing has helped. We go through massive amounts of eczema cream, moisturizers, Vaseline, and colloidal oatmeal. The only thing we have not yet tried is Dupixent injections since we are worried about the potential interactions with his upcoming 1 year live vaccines ( he is 8 months now).

His skin is bright red and we honestly just don't know what to do. Has anyone been here before?
