Never getting consistent results

Not sure if it’s because of the size , but I kinda messed up the sizing and got it to fit the middle finger fine after realizing the index finger swells for me and the ring was too small on that left index finger , the tracking is all off on my left middle finger , which seems to be the only finger the ring fits good on,

Does anyone know of any oura ring size exchange or trade programs of such?

Or any suggestions to help better tracking ?

I have an oura ring horizon black Gen 3 (Size 12)
